- For 1 – 5 employees with weekly payroll information provided 4 days in advance – $25
- For 1 – 5 employees with weekly payroll information provided 3 days in advance – $30
- For 6 – 10 employees with weekly payroll information provided 4 days in advance – $35
- For 6 – 10 employees with weekly payroll information provided 3 days in advance – $40
- For 11 – 15 employees with weekly payroll information provided 4 days in advance – $45
- For 11 – 15 employees with weekly payroll information provided 3 days in advance – $50
